PD50H Day 2 - menu & kalori

Salam.
Insyaallah still bertahan kalori under 1200 walaupun x puasa.
tp kene pilih² , kira² time nak mkn tu ..

hari ni puasa lagi , so senang sket nak jaga kalori cuma bab air aje la x leh nak togok byk² sbb masa terhad tp cuba gak la minum more than 1L . masa sahur td dah minum 500ml ,so lepas berbuka sampai la ke waktu tidur leh minum² lagi ;-)

baik atkin dari kalori sbb selalu kena kira kalori pergh penat tu..

saya buat seminggu atkin lost 2 kg

sebelum ni buat diet loe kalori turun 8kg untuk 2 bulan senaman mcm latihan askar tp atkin cepat turun hohoho

tpe teruskan ikut kemampuan badan kita
