dah turun berapa kg ?
alahaiiiiii baru 3hr x kan nak timbang
buat penimbang tu retak jekkk.
rutin diet
kurang kan nasi (3hr ni x ambik nasi pun)
lebihkan sayur & buah
kurangkan gula & dessert
minum plain water paling kurang 2L
petang² kejar hang jebat kat taman
tu je so far
nak pergi gym x de kekuatan pulak
hhaha alasannnn .
